  1. Aye, looking at that list I'll probably try get to at least 15 of those away games. Some real good days out like. You watch us fucking ruin this now and stay up man. We cant do anything right.
  2. They have embarrassingly bad support all round to be fair.
  3. Not if Arsenal lose to Man City today and Man Utd don't win both their games. Just Man City winning should be enough for Spurs to finish 2nd. True, I wasnt aware Spurs' GD was so much better. That said if Man City win today they'll be within range of Spurs' GD with a good win in their last game Yeah it's about 8 difference now, although it would need us to beat Tottenham....that's why i'm fairly confident Spurs will be 2nd if Arsenal lose today Fixed.
  4. Watford will be the trickier game for the mackems because they are shit away from home and Watford are a reasonable footballing side who will want to do well in what could be their manager's final game. Could easily see that being a draw, or Watford win. Everton will roll over and die on Wednesday, I fully expect the mackems to beat them. IF and it is an absolutely huge IF Everton win the game, there will be a slight bit of hope remaining.
  5. Teams relegated from the Premier League since we last went down:- 2014/15 - Hull City, Burnley, Queens Park Rangers 2013/14 - Norwich City, Fulham, Cardiff City 2012/13 - Wigan Athletic, Reading, Queens Park Rangers 2011/12 - Bolton Wanderers, Blackburn Rovers, Wolverhampton Wanderers 2010/11 - Birmingham City, Blackpool, West Ham United 2009/10 - Burnley, Hull City, Portsmouth Teams in bold are the ones who bounced back immediately, Hull possibly could bounce back up depending on playoffs this year. Not a single one of those relegated clubs can compete with us financially or in terms of what/who we can attract (West Ham possibly the only exception, but when they went down they were in a different situation).
  6. Todays fixtures in Germany's 2nd tier looks interesting at the bottom http://s32.postimg.org/hezmov151/german_2.jpg Dusseldorf v Frankfurt Munich v Paderborn
  7. Was thinking its grim that we're going to be playing Burton and/or Walsall next year Bradford could be a decent away trip though if they come up This is exactly what I'm currently thinking whilst watching this. The likes of Fulham and Wigan bringing 150 fans to SJP. Jesus wept.
  8. Towsnend/Mitro/*insert player name here* playing every week in the Championship for us and playing well will have more chance of international football than rotting on the bench of someone like Spurs or playing at West Brom and losing every week.
  9. Sadly, this lad will be quite useful in the Championship.
  10. Was there not a quote from his pre-match conferency basically shurgging off any thought of him planning ahead with transfers etc? Don't know mate i don't recall that but you would think transfers would be put off until we knew which league we'd be in, his next press conference might clear it up especially if Sunderland do beat Everton. As i read that from the article, i think it means current players/coaches about who will stay if we go down. Aye, true point that regarding transfers. Genuinely desperate for him to stay, it'd make this relegation bearable.
  11. The Championship is a shitter league than some people seem to think. We're a massive club in that league with massive amounts of money compared to the others, we have the pick of the players and manager. It'd take an incredibly s*** person to not get promoted with us like. Even if we lost our "best" 10 players (debatable who they are like), we could fill our squad with the likes of Joey Barton, David Nugent etc. and comfortably achieve promotion. You cant compare us to the teams that have gone down and not come back up, because 90% of those clubs are run on a shoestring and not comparable in any way.
  12. As they're all under contract, force all of the shit bastards to stay and play the level of football they deserve.
  13. Oh fucking hell, just remembered that we'll be on TV nearly every other week again with matches on most weeknights and shit times. Going to be excellent for me needing time off work like.
  14. I've not even got a baby, but it Rafa stays I'll find one and take it.
  15. Was there not a quote from his pre-match conferency basically shurgging off any thought of him planning ahead with transfers etc?
  16. Straight after the Spurs game a meeting with Rafa should be held like and a decision made if he is going to take us forwards. If he says no, we should be straight on the phone to someone like Moyes and bring him in immediately. But, being an Ashley-run NUFC there will be no conversation with Rafa and we'll have an uncertain summer full of rumours before he leaves a month before the season starts and we scramble around trying to replace him. Up steps someone donkey like Pearson.
  17. The mackems are so fragile that if Everton beat them on Wednesday then the final day could be interesting. That said, we all know it wont happen. I'm so deflated it is unreal.
  18. So then... how do we convince Rafa to stay like?
  19. Apart from Rafa, I think the only choice I'd be able to cope with is Moyes.
  20. I've gone home and got in bed and I'm not coming out till August. I've made the Mrs bring me my laptop and ice cream. That's all I need now. Porn and ive cream.
  21. Fucking devastated, it's the hope that hurts the most. Rafa dangled in front of our noses, but too late to save us. We'll enter next season against the likes of Wigan and Burton with some dinosaur of a shit manager. What a wank performance, equally as bad as the one in 2009. Even worse to see Chelsea not turn up after they turned up on Monday and tried everything and anything to stop Spurs. Villa fans proving once more that they're a tiny, shit, horrible little wank of a club that deserves to fall down the league pyramid and never come back.
  22. Their games are irrelevant, 2nd and 3rd both get automatic it's only 4th that needs to qualify. They only want to finish above Arsenal, which they'll do without even needing any more points this season imo.
  23. Interesting line that one like, in bold. Sounds like the toys are well out of the pram.
