Gotta say, I have literally zero interest in DJs playing on the Town Moor. I wasn't particularly fussed when I saw our last open top parade and Alan Robson was doing the comparing. Have a pint or two, go out and wave at the bus full of the team and the cup, feel part of the community, share camaraderie, have more pints, job done. If I want to go see a music festival I'll nip to South Shields in the summer.

I can just imagine some whinger like arteta arguing that they lost as they werent allowed to let their best corner taker take it from their preferred side.

It's pretty obvious that, for example, a keeper dives to the left and tips a shot around the post then the corner is taken from that side. But if it's fairly central and he tips it over the bar then how is it decided which side do the attacking side take the corner from? Can they just pick which side themselves?

The PSR thing does seem to be something that the club uses quite a lot and the noises from the PL do seem to indicate it is a massive issue. I reckon the club are playing the long con here; make sure that every journo knows that the reason for no investment is the rules that cripple anyone who tries to challenge the establishment in the hope of crumbling the stupid rules.
