  1. I hope he pays he cunt in wallpaper.
  2. I'd make him captain. We're going to need his experience this season. None of the new lads know what relegation feels like.
  3. Hopefully to drive Ashley into an early grave. Need to raise those stress levels.
  4. Should be made to work in the fuckin kitchens or something. Parasite.
  5. My heart ruling my head says Rafa walks in, plonks Ashley's severed head on the table, sits down, smiles and says "good morning".
  6. Least his wife and kids are happy. Aww. I s'pose. Can't imagine the hardship they'd have to go through if he was forced to drop his weekly salary to £20K. He'd probably be forced onto benefits, and that's just a slippery slope to nowhere.
  7. Rumour in another thread that we've got a No10 coming in from some chines club. Along with a No 33, a No 72, 2 bags of chips and a complimentary bag of prawn crackers. Promised to arrive in the next 15 mins. Fingers crossed.
  8. Do you think? I was wondering about it earlier. Would the FA not just dock us points or give a 0-3 loss for every game we fail to show for?
  9. Unfortunately it is perfect logic. Now we're in the Premier League, we're the perfect advertising board for Sports Direct which goes worldwide and costs nothing. It funds itself. If only he could find a way to stop the fans coming, he'd have all that extra space to advertise.
  10. Genuine disappointment that he doesn't have debilitating suicidal depression. Weird like. Is that what I said is it? Funny I thought I said something completely different. No wonder people think I'm weird.
  11. Charnley's coming over. Just as soon as he finds a Tiramisu that is worthy of the occasion.
  12. He's set up the deals and called Charnley in to finalise them.
  13. If Rafa is currently 'working on a few deals', then if we don't sign anybody he'll have to go. He'd have my wholehearted support.
  14. This is why we lose out to the likes of Stoke and Swansea. They've clearly kept their powder dry. #lessonstobelearnt
  15. I know. But solid as in a bunch of disciplined effective players who won't get relegated. But then it will be up to whoever came next to not f*** that up. I know but I just cant see it, Rafa will either leave now or at the end of the season. Ashley wont invest again next season and will expect miracles from the knacker who replaces Rafa. Rafa Will be gone by January As will the squad's motivation. Especially the likes of Merino.
  16. He won't be able to play against us Even if he could, he'd be unlikely to score. Doesn't mean he couldn't contribute to our disappointment.
  17. But Spurs away! Fuck off. As if those of us who have followed his career since he started are simply reminiscing about that one display. I take it you were still in nappies or something when he made his debut against Palermo? At that point he looked like a possible future no.1 for a club challenging in Europe. His demise has coincided with the demise of the club and I for one feel no embarrassment for my disappointment at his inevitable departure.
  18. Most ' fans ' are muppets who would turn up to watch the grass grow They'd believe they were watching the grass grow, but actually 23 men running all over it is actually detrimental to the growth of grass.
  19. He could have been free to go anywhere he liked this summer but signed an extension last year instead. Probably knew he'd get nowhere near £40-50k elsewhere. So neither of us know the actual circumstances there. But I think it seems pretty obvious that he was told if he wants to go out on loan (in order to play for a non-s*** club) then he'd have to sign an extension so we could get some money for him this summer. Either way it doesn't justify this s***, we wanted to extend his contract, he extended it. I doubt he was told he'd be rotting in the reserves. If he was told to sign an extension so we could sell him this year, He should have had an inkling.
  20. You see the pics of him at the match and everybody around him seems to be enjoying themselves. Not one deathly stare amongst them. Gotta be photoshopped, or taken before the gates open, surely. He sits among the soulless corporates and day tripper families, he's nowhere near anyone who would say boo to a goose. Well they're fucking retards. Last time things weren't going well, they goosed him, and the next week FREE PIES FOR EVVERYBODY! I remember it well. There was a plate of biscuits as well. Then we got relegated.
  21. f***ing hell As s*** as it is, he's got that option. Yeah but it's a disgraceful decision from him if he stays, clearly doesn't give a f*** about playing football, not that he can play anyway. Clearly doesn't give a f*** about the club either if he hangs around training with the kids just for a few quid. Wouldn't expect any better from him tbh though. Breaks my heart to think of Gary Speed suffering fro depression, when c***s like these can go to work day in day out knowing that they are not wanted. You're so f***ing weird. Eh! How come? Surely going to work everyday in the knowledge that nobody wants you, is enough to drive anybody to depression? Unless you're some kind of sociopath. And then Gary Speed, who was valued so much that he played more games than just about anybody...
  22. Ok Mike, i'm sure we will survive. Not sure we will be fine at all. We clearly needed a quality Left Back, Attacking Midfielder and probably a Keeper Mike knows how his toon army love to play 'you score 5 and we'll score 6' football. He also knows that great football teams start in defence. He's learned a lot in his 10 years.
