  1. Not really. He's made one good decision, a decision he should have made years ago. Fuck him, he's a cunt and will always be a cunt.
  2. Tut, tut, binned. Whatever he is, he has a part to play this season and if/when he leaves the club should be thanked for his services. His experience of this division can only benefit the development of Mitro, so I'm not going to judge him on just what I see on the pitch.
  3. I'm gonna print that off and frame it. Vive La Rafalucion
  4. Good 8/10. We have built a squad that looks capable of promotion, and a little left over n preparation for next season. Whether £30mll will be enough to keep us in the prem, and whether Ashley will add to that if necessary, who knows. But it's looking good this season. My worry with Ashley is, Now that we have the squad to get us out of this division, He might return to his old ways. Imagine if we are 15 points clear come Jan, and Rafa asks for the £30m to spend, Would Ashley risk upsetting the apple cart?
  5. $40million according to BBC News last night. In fact all of the transfers were reported in dollars, BRITISH?? Broadcasting Corporation.
  6. I can't help thinking of Full Metal Jacket when I think of Sissoko.
  7. He wasn't involved in our 1st two games. We lost both. Since he came into the team we have won 4 in a row, kept 3 CS in a row, scored 9 conceded 1. WTF are you whinging about?
  8. I'm not talking about his past form under a series of shite managers, drilling the enthusiasm out of everybody that has heard of the club. I'm talking about whether you are justified in complaining about his performances this season. I actually thought he won the free-kick for Shelvey but I was maybe mistaken. His attitude this season is a damn sight more positive than a lot on here.
  9. With an attacking fullback I expect he will drift inside more. Enabling him to try efforts like his shot that hit the bar, or win free-kicks for Shelvey or Ritchie to strike home.
  10. SEE HIM COME GOOD?! AFTER 3 YEARS, AT 30? He's not going to turn into anything better than what he is now - and has been for the duration of his time here - which might be generously described as a passable championship winger. Okay, don't wet your pants. A passable championship winger at a championship club in need of a winger. He hasn't really put a foot wrong this season, and COULD just be warming up. I think everybody on here knows his history at the club. Some of us are looking forward.
  11. I despair at some of the people that claim to support this club. Some have obviously built up so much hatred for this guy, it would kill them to see him come good. I'm happy with his contribution so far this season, and can see no reason to criticize.
  12. Cracking goal from the skipper settled the nerves and we lloked comfortable from then on in. Even when under pressure. Good lad. Love the hair BTW.
  13. Who's this presenter?? Reminds me of Tessa Wyatt off Robin's Nest. Yummy.
  14. If he has the hunger, there is no reason why he shouldn't start ahead of Mitrovic. I love Mitro but he hasn't done much to expect to walk into the team. A bit of competition will do him good. And given he is still relatively young and raw there may not be that much difference in quality. Murphy has certainly scored more goals at this level.
  15. Just remember we are at home and with our support that is worth a goal. But if the crowd get restless after 20 mins we lose that advantage. Believe the team can win this, and support them like you believe and we will come out with 3 points. Even if Colback starts.
  16. She Bravely defends and triumphs. Sounds like Rafa is the man.

    Adam Armstrong

He's not afraid to come deep and get the ball, could open up space for Perez/Ritchie to exploit. Or send a screamer into the far corner. I say start the lad on Saturday, If we can control the game as we did on Tuesday for 20-30 mins, letting him get settled, I think he could rise to the challenge.
