  1. Are you sure? It seemed more straightforward by just needing to select either credit link or refund link. Didn’t get the shopping basket screen and all the confusion that it caused with the single tickets. Yeah, you're right, it looks like it's going to be the same from the email, but it turns out it's literally just a click. Can't see anything going wrong with that... Why should we have to apply for a refund? They should just refund us. What if someone isn't able to check their email? for example they are in intensive care with COVID? I clicked on the refund link but it didn't fill me with confidence that it had been acknowledged. They're giving you the option to say if you want a refund or credit for next season. ... or not read your email by the 24th July deadline and pocket the money Well aye - it's utterly ridiculous. No one is going to complain having the money refunded. Mike Ashley all over isn't it? Refund without asking and everyone gets their money back... Offer refunds with deadlines via email and there's the chance a few people won't notice and he can pocket a few quid Such a fuckin horrible snide cunt. Not that would ever look to defend Ashley’s business practices, but do we know if any other clubs gave automatic refunds? Certainly Sheff Utd went down the road of making it a lot more attractive to get credit than a refund.
  2. Because if they aren't yet good enough, they'd probably get rinsed and everyone would say they were shite. Which doesn't really help anyone.
  3. Spurs are massively overrated away from home. Won three games all season.
  4. Dumas was apparently the best distance runner to have played for us

  7. Emails been sent out for the ST refund/account credit. Looks like the same process as the single match tickets.
  8. BT codes for the Spurs match on Wednesday being sent out to ST holders now.
  9. They haven't released that yet. Doing it once they've sorted the single match tickets. So possibly next week.
  10. Finally received the refund for the Man City tickets....
  11. No, they said they'd start sorting it once they'd processed the single game refunds which are supposed to be going out from the 9th onwards.
  12. Ah right, didn't know that. Not good for them. They need goals. Yep, if King's still injured they'll have to go with Solanke.
  13. Mare and a half with the title mate.... Edit: Swiftly done

He of the homemade porn video fame?
  15. Aye but he'll keep them up and then next year if he is still there he will probably get them promoted. That's a bit of a leap like. He has three career promotions to the PL. The same as Wor Steve as it happens...
  16. ST holders been sent a code to watch the match on BT tomorrow.
  17. There was a story that came out a few weeks ago saying they were considering allowing 10k fans from each team in to the final. It was pretty sparse on any kind of detail/substance mind, but I suppose you could perhaps argue that 20k could socially distance in a 90k capacity stadium.
  18. You mean next seasons ticket?
  19. For the rest of this season. No change on DD's for next season. Which is understanable in terms of nothing has been confirmed in terms of BCD for next season, but you'd have thought they'd have given people the option to freeze their payments or something given the circumstances. Might come next. This would have to be dealt with first. I'm sure it will do. And as I say it's understandable to a point, given nothing has been confirmed yet. All they had to do was put this bit of communication out about a month ago and it would of saved a load of hassle.
