It’s not that bizarre. Tonali was also allowed to play on until he was found guilty. The Paqueta case seems considerably more complex, and he’s obviously pleading innocence, something Tonali never did. Going off the questionable information available so far, I’d suspect that if (big if) Paqueta does eventually get found guilty, he’ll get substantially more than 10 months.

Not hard to see why he’s a good fit for the role we’ve given him. He also speaks, albeit very briefly, about keeper distribution, which I found bizarrely interesting.

Yes, from the results of the clubs survey/questionnaire, it seems it’s ’on the table’ so to speak.
