Staying at renovated SJP might not be palatable for many if it’s only renovated to 60k, but what if it was somehow 80k? You could put Haaland in this current Everton team with Dyche as manager, and even his numbers would be poor. Bar Southampton, they’re probably the worst offensive team in the league.

Given the paucity of options in his position, he really should be pretty close to being in the England squad for the next set of games.

It might also be an effort to try and prevent people just blindly applying for every ballot, without considering whether they can actually attend or not. Not sure I agree with it mind, given ballots are about a month before games, there’s obviously plenty of time for something to come up that prevents you attending. Probably not too much of an issue for those that are applying for every match anyway, as they’ll likely get an opportunity to use the credit, more an inconvenience for those that only try to go infrequently.
