His composure on the ball is off the scale. Although Burn might actually be the better option on Sunday with Brentford bombing the box with long throws. After that though, get him in.

Bet he had a scarf on as well…

@HaydnNUFC says nor.

Just seen the attendance at Spurs last night. Not a great look for supposedly the best competition going. And a timely reminder you can’t just charge what the fuck you like cos ‘Champions League innit’.

First Ronnie Radford and now this.

Don’t think it should be a problem. The only slight note of caution would be it seems the club are increasingly aware of people using tickets that don’t belong to them, and are asking for ID at the turnstile. Not entirely sure how they’re becoming aware of these tickets, probably through monitoring resale sites and SM, but I do wonder if tickets being downloaded multiple times flags anything? Probably not like.

Yeah, fair, missed that one.

Barely seems like there’s been a ‘surprise’ result in the whole thing yet. Had a look back through and the only ones that would really classify would be: Galatasaray 1-0 Liverpool Benfica 2-3 Qarabag PSV 1-3 USG Everything else pretty much as expected (within reason), which if it continues will probably see us end up in the top half of the playoff places.

4:30pm. Live on the app. Burn doing the player bit.

The problem is, as with all executive roles generally, we never really know who’s responsible for the final decision on things. Yes, it would appear that the likes of training ground/kit sponsorship fell under Silverstone’s remit, but what if Eales or someone else at that level told him to hold off on that for some reason? We’ll never know. And for that reason I’ll hold off having a committed strong opinion one way or the other.

What an absolutely shite attempt at ticket price justification from the Coventry chairman: https://x.com/footballleaguew/status/1985733876807860685?s=46&t=OQLMckSuatbpqWF13Al4mQ

Wow, neither Williams brother or Sancet is massive.

Wolverhampton - forever stuck in the 1980’s. It’s incredible really, because ground location-wise, it should be one the best to visit. But no, let’s make every single pub (apart from that one next to the station) home only with actual ticket checks on the doors.

Allardyce is 71. His last two teams have been relegated. If a PL club decides to hire him, their fans have every right to go berserk.

There’s actually a 9:58pm train from Newcastle to KX, so had they made it the 7:30pm ko, their fans could have just about made that. *although having said that Man City v Brentford is the 7:30pm, and there’s a 10:14pm from Manchester to KX that Brentford fans should just about be able to make, so I suppose they couldn’t win either way (apart from making them both 7:30…).
-
Generally no, although I have heard (unverified like) of some instances of checking at a recent home games. Although it always seems to be where they’ve somehow had prior knowledge that they aren’t being used by the named person. So basically, if you’re just using a ticket given to you by a friend or family member, and there’s been no discussing it on social media, you’ll be fine.

8:15pm on the Wednesday. Dunno how they’ve got away with putting Arsenal v Palace on the Tuesday when they both play on the Sunday?
-
Probably not consistently you’re right, but he’s had class moments within that year. I suppose I’m saying he’s likely to be their biggest threat, but hopefully he’s not on it, or they level him on the bench again.

Only won 2 of their last 11. Nico Williams is class like.
