Just sitting watching a little segment about Rafa from SSN today, listening to him speak about his love for teaching in his past as a P.E. teacher and later as a coach - and I'm almost in disbelief that we have Rafa fucking Benitez as our manager

I like the Luton ground simply because it's not following the trend of adding tasteless curvature everywhere - so dull and predictable. At least this Luton ground has some nice angles to it's design and I'm a fan of the uncompromising slabs for each stand.

One of my favourite stadiums, particularly from the outside it's really something to behold. This news is made worse by the fact they're looking to base the new design on some NFL Stadium, which in truth looks the same as lots of the newer builds. A big bowl, essentially.

That's actually a good idea. But maybe some shady managers would ask one of their players whom they intend to sub to go down feigning a head injury to get a free pass and thus potentially gain an unfair advantage with 4 fresh players. The decision would have to be made by a doctor.

It's gonna be personal preference to a degree but I love Zidane's volley against Leverkusen for the perfect technique. A thunderous strike. Asides from that I could name 10 Messi goals I regard as being as good as anything I've seen, but some of his solo runs in La Liga almost seem too easy Like I remember one against Osasuna where it's as if he's cutting through them unchallenged as they stare at him in awe. For me, the one he scored against Bayern where he sat Boateng on his arse (one of the best defenders in the world at the time) and then chipped Neuer (the best keeper in the world at the time) was absolutely astonishing. I did love the Getafe one though, the way he beats the final two defenders with one movement is just stupid.

I'd take their left-back in the summer. Totally agree - I’ve a feeling Rafa might have an eye on him tbh. Thought the same.
