I don't think it's pointless, no. Fine margins is very different to us playing poorly, not having possession, constantly giving up chances or whatever. As things stand we're getting better and are being mainly let down by our finishing. I would agree that over the course of the season it's pointless proposing if, buts and maybes, but when we're talking about how we're actually playing, it's very different.

Easy to say, but Isak and especially Gordon have their shooting boots on in the last 2 matches and we're all loving life and have very few issues with how we're playing imo. If you draw or lose it's natural to start looking deeper than poor finishing, but at the moment that's all I see it as. Agree about Bruno but I thought he was good against Everton and better again yesterday, especially first half.

Easy to scapegoat when we lose and Almiron and Longstaff aren't there to blame. The truth is that our star boys are more deserving of flack for their shocking finishing than anyone, but won't be.
