  1. Then you should vote for him ?(Oh! Sorry. You have.)
  2. Can anyone recall a season where this has been such a tough judgement? (…ignoring when everyone seemed shite ? ). Bruno looked like he would storm it; but has faded somewhat. Tripper’s contributions have been immense. Botman has had a great first season; Schar (as ever…) has been quietly effective, not getting the limelight his wisdom and bravely deserve. Wilson, in parts, and Isak have been phenomenal. Lil’ Joe and Longstaff have been great at times, under-appreciated, in the main, but incredibly important. Pope has been immense. Miggy’s effort and resurgence of goal scoring has been crucial, enabling us to secure many points we wouldn’t have done. There are others who in parts have given so much and deserve a name check. But for me, I’ll have to opt for Joelinton. Talk about running through walls for a club. His effort and effectiveness have been a joy to watch. Super proud to have him represent my team.
  3. Happy days. Liverpool can only equal our points total and we’re plus 7 GD. 99.898989% certain. What a fucking season!
  4. Gameweek 37 Spurs 1-1 Brentford Bournemouth 0-2 Man United Fulham 2-1 Palace Liverpool 2-1 Villa Wolves 1-2 Everton Forest 2-2 Arsenal West Ham 2-2 Leeds Brighton 3-1 Southampton Man City 2-0 Chelsea Newcastle 3-1 Leicester Brighton 2-2 Man City Man United 2-1 Chelsea
  5. It’s the right sub, in the context. Maxi if they equalise.
  6. Wilson must have a goal in him here. Getting into great positions.
  7. I’ll go listen. Lads looked happy in training. Loving this collective feeling of ‘oneness’. Plus the sense that we could beat anyone on our day.
  8. Enjoy it, mate. These are the meaningful competitive games we’ve been craving. Should be a cracker.
  9. Feels like the curse of nicking the Championship trophy off them on the last day of the season (… partly thanks to Jack Grealish.).
  10. These are the games to be excited about. A great match-up against a very good side. Absolutely expecting a performance like we’ve shown against other top teams (Man City, Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal) at home; hoping for a result like achieved against the Manchesters.
  11. Your second sentence pretty much contradicts your first.
