Poor bugger ?
-
He could put the time to good use. First phrase heard even he’s back in training: “Hoo! Longy, on me heed, man!”
-
Always prefer to cross bridges when I/we come to them, but presume having a player unavailable in such circumstances does not get taken into account FFP wise?

That’s still as heart warming as a re re re-watch. -
I’d have Gordon fucking Lee ahead of Pardew! Or, more seriously, Arthur Cox.
-
I reckon, judging by his non-verbals and patchy form/something seeming off, that he may have been aware that this was coming.
-
Christ, blasts from the past. I had such high hopes for Luuk.

Still thinking she was more likely running numbers for the Ohio Crapia ?
-
Hope she made more money than that!

And: You’ve gotta know when to hold ‘em, know when to fold ‘em…

What are the odds on that?

Nah, they’re inked below his belt.

That is an absolutely fantastic initiative. Possibly the most important example of how the focus of the club on engagement with the community can make a meaningful difference, not just in raising awareness but in normalising human experience and making it ok to talk about (perhaps particularly in men—75% of people who commit suicide are male; but males make up only a third of people who use Talking Therapy services).

Oh you Wank… Wan… Wag. Decided you’re a Wag.

It might be a bit of an unknown as to whether it is something he has recovered from/is unlikely to re-occur or he is injury prone. Just seemed a bit harsh to write him off given how much he played for Leeds and how little opportunity he has had on current bench warming duty.
-
Seems a bit harsh. He played over 200 times for them when he was only 25.
-
Can’t see Sane being on Howe’s radar. He’ll be 28 in January and probably pricey. Doesn’t seem to fit the profile. He also seemed a bit disruptive/unsettled at Man City. Though maybe he’s not difficult personality wise, and it was just relationships at Man City or dissatisfaction with game time (didn’t seem to play much for a period or be relied upon/trusted). Good record for Germany though, 13 goals in 55 games.
-
Didn’t spot that—not the only one, thankfully. All part of the game. There was a headed chance where if Anderson had barged his man out of the way (shoulder to shoulder was an option) he may well have scored. A bit of ‘gamecraft’ often required.

Point away against a top third kinda side. Decent. -
Two amazing balls, Bruno and Trippier ??

Seen enough to believe he’ll become a consistent asset in all competitions. I do wonder whether he was second choice to Sbozlai, who has instantly settled, as far as I have seen, and seems like he would have been a more natural fit with what we already have.
