  1. No update still waiting for Fanny’s screen shot first.
  2. Nope that still won’t get me to join your WhatsApp group .
  3. Oh dear some really don’t like it back up at them on here do they.
  4. The thing the trust don’t seem to get is that they have the power to mobilise a boycott, all this shit about not being a protest group is hog wash. An NUST organised boycott would hold sway, get media attention and remove arguments about certain personalities in the fanbase. They are twiddling their thumbs whilst Rome burns.
  5. Fair play to you pal but I’ve a feeling you’re going to be about as popular with the trust as I am on here. As an outsider looking in it appears the True Faith clique run the show lock stock and barrel. The way the trust behave you would think they we’re a political party, the difference being not even a political party consult their members on every decision. The board have been elected to make decisions, they’ll be re elected on the basis of those decisions, not the ability to have a survey every month.
  6. I’ll back up these ludicrous claims when you produce the screenshot ?
  7. I’m still not joining your WhatsApp group pal.
  8. Despite getting some dud info at times which he has naively passed on thinking he is doing folk a favour, the bloke is not a liar. Not a popular opinion on here, but I’ve never cared much about that.
  9. C’mon Joey I was Keith an hour ago keep playing the game.
  10. It’s clearly ITK despite last weeks setback. Stick with me on this one RS.
  11. The club weren’t even going down that route until he approached them. Even Nick De Marco congratulated him when the club took the action on. I’ve no doubt the case has been changed considerably by the club, but credit where it’s due as far as I’m concerned.
  12. The elephant in the thread though is that without that royal titty you wouldn’t have a CAT case to talk about. As you we’re though, far be it from me to lower the tone any further.
  13. He’s a bugger that Keith isn’t he, I mean that CAT hearing I wonder how that came about
  14. Stick to talking with dead pigeons Benny lad.
  15. Fucking hell the dynamite twins. Thought you had a boycott to help organise Fanny ?
  16. I’d be worried if I we’re Dickie or Hoffy, hence why once this gets go ahead don’t expect arbitration to even happen. Competition law exists to help businesses put their customers first and protect consumers and other businesses from being ripped off. If your business colludes with others to engage in price fixing, market sharing or bid rigging, whether regularly or just once, here’s what can happen. 1. You can be fined or even imprisoned Anti-competitive collusion can lead to fines for the businesses involved of up to 10% of their annual worldwide turnover. Individuals can also face personal fines and even prison sentences. 2. You can be disqualified from acting as a company director This disqualification can last up to 15 years, seriously affecting your business options. 3. You could be pursued for damages Even if you avoid a fine or criminal charges, your customers could launch a civil claim for damages cases against you. 4. Your business’s reputation could be damaged Engaging in anti-competitive behaviour not only affects those directly involved, it can also damage the entire business if customers decide they no longer want to work with you. 5. You can spend years fighting legal cases Cartel investigations are meticulous and will divert significant senior management time away from legitimate business activity.
  17. Clearly a welcome addition to the NUST board. Best of luck.
  18. Apologies for bringing down the discussion on here. As you we’re chaps, might pop back when CAT is given go ahead.
  19. But correct much as it pains many on here
  20. Surprised it’s taken you so long, let’s hope the club are more decisive when it comes to sacking Bruce.
  21. I’ll talk how I wish thanks. Ive got a lot more right about this process than the majority on here. ‘The Saudis have walked away they said’ ’’The CAT case is a load of shite and will be laughed out’ ’All this talk of corruption is embarrassing’ I’ve had a right laugh this week watching certain posters on here lap up the CAT case.
  22. We’ll see who’s wrong shortly as you said CAT wouldn’t get go ahead.
  23. The PL are rocked, their QC looked unprepared, any assertion that they are unruffled from Edwards is bollocks. Very disconcerting that a so called local journalist is even attempting to paint that picture. The piece certainly wasn’t balanced and has his usual undertone of anti this consortium. If the PL are struggling to understand our current ownership structure, bring on arbitration Shaheed Fatima will hand them their arses on a plate.
