When he focuses just purely on the defensive side in a game like Sunday, then there’s nobody else I’d rather have in the world at right back. He’s got that siege mentality, the knowledge to handle big game situations and the know-how to manage what’s thrown at him

Agree with you all that the Champions League gives us the best chance to keep our top players, but I’m not worried about them leaving at all. They were all just part of something incredible and there’s no way any of them want to leave this team right now. Happy to fall back into the Europa League if we just miss out on the top 5 as I really think we win that competition next year if we’re in it. I’ve got a taste for trophies now and the Europa (along with the Conference) is the best chance for another one when it comes to European prizes

It wasn’t a great game from any of the forwards last night, but he was a threat and actually manufactured quite a few chances for himself. Hopefully we can get some joy down that side with Alexander-Arnold and Salah going forward and space left for us in behind

Tino is making space and providing some great runs, but we really miss the natural left foot and quality of Lewis Hall. We’d be two up here if Lewis was on the pitch

Yeah Tino is always looking to be positive which I appreciate and he does create so much space for us, but it always just seems to die out

We’re more than capable of remaining unbeaten in the next 5 league games and for our aspirations should be aiming for 3 or 4 wins too. If we’re going to go on a run then it needs to start now
