We basically need to go full City, level the existing Arena and try and build a complex similar to what they have with Co-Op Live. You can then build out the restaurants, bars etc and really capitalise on hospitality and retail in an area which will get dual footfall. If we have European football, that’s an area that will get used a lot both on weekends and during the week.

Wolves get any knocks vs Bristol City on Saturday? Seemed a competitive game unlike our glorified training session v Bromley.
-
Bought the speccy Ipswich gadgy some new geps, so all is forgiven.
-
Wondering what the frauds’ latest RTG missives are today? Why we’ve won 8 in a row? Why we had more than treble their attendance against a club two divisions below their opposition? Why we got a League One club in the next round?

Get fucked Florentino Perez.

Always found that walk sound when doing it for things like the boxing or gigs.

Can crack a ball as well judging by today’s finish.

That’s how I see it. Using any Barnes money for a RW upgrade could be transformative. Still don’t think anything will happen this month whilst fighting on three fronts.

Screams West Ham and would probably do well for them.

18 months. We took up a one year extension up on his current contract which was due to expire at the end of summer.
-
Five year deal, you’re looking at £7.6m a season. So you’re looking at at £7.6m + 7/12th of £7.6m = £12m. We’d need £26m to break even but we’d want to make a profit on him. £35m for me given his previous form and goals / assists record.

Agreed but any PL club away is a ballache. The Villa/Spurs and Brighton/Chelsea ones are great for clearing clubs out who’ve got the potential to beat us. We always seem to be shite at Bournemouth away and Woodison is a bit of a bogey ground too.
-
Screaming “bung” at that it’s so bad.

Agreed. Arteta is such a melt, I think he’s the reason more than anything they’ve become this point of hatred for loads of teams. The Anti-Pep in so many ways.
-
One of both Villa or Spurs and Brighton or Chelsea. Hoy in Everton / Bournemouth and Man Utd / Leicester plus one or two cup sets and that’s nearly half the PL gone by the fifth round. Only 4 PL teams at home and all 4 play other PL teams. The rest are away at lower divisions.
-
Bigger allocations now though.

Forrest fucking Gump.
