Shiremoor is on the right bottom hand corner of the 'C' - Under Ponteland...but aren't we all? Rich bastards. Backworth I may have missed, but err, we'll just say it's one of the teeny tiny ones, which will give me time to actually add it to the new one!
-
Let em fywem. I'm making a new one with tonnes more towns anyway, missed loads, including Felling somehow...never be able to show me face in the local asda ever again, for shame.
-
Hi mate, It's my design, but I just did it as I was feeling creative and had a bit of spare time. Coffee Johnny pointed out that I'm missing a fair few - He's right - There's a tonne of Northumberland towns I'm missing and few south of the river - Unbelievably enough, I missed Felling - Which is crazy. So right now I'm working on a new design, if you give me a couple of days, I'll have a new and improved one with tonnes more towns, and it will have a tag line at the bottom... 'One Army' 'One Thousand Legions' And then if you're interested in me getting something printed up - I'll work on that, though I was just gonna contact wor flags and send it to them as my pitiful little contrubution for a flag suggestion...I'm not sure they'd be interested though, but we'll see... Anyway, 2 days, new one coming! Cheers!

Yep, I'm working on a redo, I added Felling to the list but for some reason it hasn't come out. I'll sort it...and I'll try to get Ryton a better position

I'm a redacist. Deal with it.

I don't mind red outside of football. But in terms of our identity and creating something distinctly Newcastle - Something iconic and immediately identifiable as us - Red isn't it, in my opinion. It's such an overused colour, not to mention the colour of most of our despised rivals. But look, that's my lot on the matter, if you like it, fair enough, for me the mid-late nineties styles captured the imagination best. Cool, stylish & consistent.
-
Fair enough, personal taste I suppose. But for obvious reasons, I have a disdain for it in football
-
Post some examples if you have time.
-
Boxes can be done tastefully. What history do we have with red in the past century? Are you talking about East End & West End? This is my history tbh.

So it serves two purposes They can accuse us, and we can wind them up by saying it's the colour of the Tyne bridge, which it is. And at the same time, it puts a smile on the owners faces. Win-Win.
-
Decent top. But always hatednames & numbers on back - Red should be kept to an absolute minimum in my opinion. Much prefer they be done in Black & White or do them in something like Tyne bridge green (current condition not withstanding).
