  1. Unfortunately we've also been kind of poor at times without his impact.. Not sure it will be much better with Wilson, but this will be the game for him to prove us wrong!
  2. Haven't studied the situation, but in general you'd think that it atleast can affect the defenders positioning, which could ofcourse make all the difference.
  3. Not even in subjective decisions like this one?
  4. If Chelsea win then we also have to win. Forest not getting 3 points won't matter as long as Villa beats Man United. This might make them a stronger opponent for Chelsea though, opening up some possibility for 2 points being enough.
  5. With Forest winning a draw is a little bit more relevant here, as that would mean a draw vs Everton gets us top 5 if they beat Chelsea. Their win might give them back some confidence and belief going into that game.
  6. They are considering how much he was involved in the play?
  7. Annoying how we have this difficult run in compared to literally all of them.
  8. Tbh it's not like playing with an injured Isak has been that helpful lately anyways.. That has also proved to really hurt our attacking play, though (not having a sharp Isak there).
  9. Ofcourse they have nearly all their players back for this, and all of a sudden we are the ones with an injury problem.
  10. Apparently not if this happens: So if Chelsea win Conference and specifically finish 6th with us finishing 7th, that means we will get the extra Europa League spot? Honestly this seems so much more confusing than I thought. Even premierleague.com writes "according to ESPN's Dale Johnson" because even they don't understand it all themselves. The way I interpret this is that if a team qualifies for the same tournament (either UEL or UECL) through both a tournament win and league position, that means the PL get an extra spot in that tournament (and in Europe in general)? But it doesn't work that way for the CL I think. Arsenal winning CL would not have meant that 6th would get CL aswell? And then the spot gets passed down to 8th if Chelsea gets 7th? Do we simply have to have a team in the Conference League?
  11. So this means Fulham and Bournemouth doesn't have anything to play for anymore? Absolutely genious move by Pep. Edit: Unless Chelsea win Conference..?
  12. I think it started by us passing it around the defence, which was positioned about 30-40m from our goal (just to use time). Then they did some sneaky pressing, and I think both Burn and Schär gave the ball away to give them chances. Individual errors basically. Sloppy last 10, but we will smash Everton if we create as many big chances as we did that day.
  13. Forest def might struggle vs West Ham with how its going for them, though.
  14. Moving the game to friday was absolutely crucial for them and their reserves.
  15. If Villa get a red the game will atleast be somewhat fair.
  16. First Liverpool then Spurs for Chelsea.. Perfect timing vs both of them.
  17. The biggest victim here is Forest Green Rovers. They are the real Forest.
  18. Yeah, for sure. If the game goes like that vs Everton and we simply have average luck instead of what happened that day, we will be atleast 3-0 up by the time we reach 80 min anyways.
  19. That's what scares me already about that game. I can see us go 1-0 up, and then invite them into our box in the last 30 or so. Would barely be able to watch that again. I do think we have a good shot at beating Arsenal though. I really hope we do. Just to remove any doubt.
  20. I'm a bit conflicted about it aswell, because while what you are saying was true, I did see the thing of losing control when trying to play it safe vs Chelsea. I think we got pretty scared after their dangerous counters in the first half. We somehow tend to get it over the line in the end anyways, but I'm getting heart attacks in the process of it.
  21. I'm still having anxiety about those last 10 min of the Leicester 0-0 game 2 years ago. We were absolutely smashing them up until that point, and they had nothing. Last 10 min we decided to "be smart" by passing it around the back instead, and lost the ball there couple of times only to concede big chances. Pope had to make a crazy save in the end.
  22. Wouldn't rely on Forest regardless, but if they lose to West Ham, they will in all likelyhood be going into the Chelsea game without a chance of getting 6th. In one way that could discourage them, but in another way they won't have the pressure that they have been crumbling under lately.
  23. The fact that the players can stay motivated after speeches like that.. True mentality monsters.
  24. Erikse
