  1. cue speculation on redcafe about Howe getting sacked and nasty comments about Staveley's looks horrible forum
  2. will always be grateful to Staveley for her persistence in getting MA to sell even after he called her a timewaster also standing up to Simon Jordan's cynicism and bs on Talksport was brilliant
  3. AC Milan can go to fuck Tonali transfer was far too convenient for them not to have known can't be trusted!
  4. ffs here we go again
  5. had a browse on Redcafe (horrific forum btw, full of pop up ads) - anyway loads of MU fans seems think their new saviours have played a blinder here of course it's all pure speculation but they're happy to lap up unsubstantiated reports of £2.7m and Newcastle blinking first look forward to watching them turn on Ineos when things inevitably turn sour

    Anthony Gordon

are we sure that bicycle injury story isn't a cover up for some bust up? otherwise unfathomable why Southgate refuses to play him
  7. he's so bad yet has two league titles in Portugal as Benfica's no.1 and Forest paid for him not much less than Pope cost?
  8. another reason not to click on Daily Mail links so
  9. am confident he'll be a good backup striker and will look much better under Howe than Dyche good to have a proper aerial threat up front I don't think Wilson is capable of playing more than 1 game a week so desperately needed doubt it'll be crazy money considering Everton's financial position and only a year left on his contract PL quality strikers are hard to get so fingers crossed
  10. that he's spouting off to the media again suggests the arbitration / negotiations aren't going very well for him needs someone to blame and make sure MU fans know it's not his fault
  11. in recent seasons we regularly seem to get Liverpool and City back to back, would he nice to buck that trend this time edit - sorry, wrong thread
  12. fair enough so, it's a murky business still hope Everton absolutely rinse them
  13. bbc: it is understood Manchester United have already agreed personal terms with the player’s representatives and intend to speak to Everton once the window opens. But the Toffees are not keen on selling and would want in excess of £80m. is it now normal for clubs to agree personal terms with a player and have this widely reported before clubs agree a deal? or is this just the MU way? good way to unsettle the player I suppose Hope Everton rinse them for every penny
  14. you'd think PIF could just buy up some hotels and find a way to sell them off through the club so we could go big like Chelsea
  15. if Ornstein is reporting it he must have it on good authority from Newcastle end, but I don't seen why the club would leak that unless it's a smokescreen
  16. Ferran scored a classy hat-trick against us at SJP if I recall, thought he was going to become world class Seems too cheap for an international and PL proven player at that age not sure about the source but over 250k followers seems decent
  17. I hope ETH stays. He has made MU the most entertaining team in Europe this season - epic games in the CL and loads of mad league games. Whenever I watched them last sesdon, not once did they look the better team. He deserves credit for delivering two cups, but their style of play along with his questionable man management is surely an unsustainable recipe for success. The longer he stays the quicker we will close the gap.
  18. seeing ETH with another trophy is quite galling, as well as all their entitled fans who wanted him gone weeks ago celebrating suppose they have one of the most expensive squads ever assembled and the highest wage bills in world football, as well as some genuine talent from their academy still jammiest team ever - should have lost against Coventry
  19. makes sense, supposedly being interested in other players could hopefully drive up the asking prices for any rivals genuinely interested
  20. I wonder if Villa fans are saying similar about Emery did nowt in the domestic cups probably won't get a better chance at a trophy than they had in this season's ECL
  21. ETH wins trophies but imo Howe is a much better coach and we'd be mad to get rid anytime soon
  22. true a home draw against a team other than City would be a good start
  23. on the plus side we managed top 4 and a cup final last season without European football so could end up a blessing in disguise if we can go one better
  24. MU winning today makes it a dark day disgraceful no show from City players like Akanji shooting miles over from 40 yards which allowed them to run down the clock more was so pathetic and infuriating
