    Nick Woltemade

Still expect Woltemade to start. He’s essentially going to have today, tomorrow and some of Thursday more over Wissa to get used to team mates / game plan ahead of Saturday. Wissa to then play final 30, with a view that Wissa starts against Barcelona as runs behind is more needed.
  2. To be fair, the European clubs won't be fussed about not winning it, as long as their share of the pie keeps increasing and the balance sheet grows. Saudis in, inflated TV deals, favourable distribution that's weighted towards 'historic' coefficents, they'll be delighted in the short term.
  3. Think it's more they're playing him, to encourage him to sign a new contract. Why they didn't sign a LW, as they've made all the noise they don't want to block his pathway (if they do, he'd leave, like he left Chelsea). Young players are ruthless these days. As soon as he signs a deal, I bet Liverpool then sign a LW as the pressure is off on him leaving in the short term.
  4. I've always expect at some point by end of this decade, for PIF to get really close to UEFA and their member clubs, which can enable the potential of their clubs joining UEFA Champions League. Could be for example on a 'invitation basis' for the winers of the Saudi League. Either way, PIF will have a primary interest in their clubs, their country and UEFA Champions League is the golden ticket. So if they don't want to rock any relations for that path, they will follow the book for rules within Prem and UEFA.
  5. Speaking of West Ham, they should be lining up Nuno in case Potter falters again. Their fans may not want him, but he’d get them functioning well again as a practical side.
  6. Him and Murrilo on halfway line. Nothing to exploit there.
  7. He’ll be coming home next summer, near confident on it. We need HG, he’s effectively now good enough as a starting CM and it could enable us to loan Miley out for 12 months and be no worse off on the HG quota. He won’t enjoy playing under Ange IMO. So hopefully we start the ground work on him (if not already).
  8. Said Liverpool would use their power to dictate things. Hope Isak now breaks down at Liverpool. Justice needs serving for costing us and Sweden points by not training all summer.
  9. Oh yea, but Edu has wielded the transfer power this summer and Nuno set his stall out early it would be him or Edu, and Marinakas has gone with Edu.
  10. Yea. I don’t rate him overall as a coach, but he’s clearly had something going at Forest and they’re performing above their levels. A new manager isn’t going to get them any better and if anything, the dressing room probably dips and results drop by players efforts dropping just 2%
  11. Another club where DoF (or whatever Edu role is) has far too much power. Siding with Edu over Nuno is mental. Hope the Greek mobster sees it all collapse now and they go down next season.
  12. Being a key regular CM under Carsley as they work towards Euro u21 in 2027 will be huge for Miley. Easy to forget he’s still very young and if he breaks out as a proper CM summer 2027 that’s no problem as he’d only be 21.

Be a brutal one that, like Lewis Hall experienced. If you are not up to Prem speed, Bournemouth and away, will showcase it.
  14. Think this is the last season of this format. Sure they’re being clumped into just one big one in October and another in March next season?
  15. If anything, Wolves is the ideal game to rest Tino in. With Trippier and Hall starting.
  16. Liverpool will be using their power to try and ensure Isak plays minimal minutes as they will know his fitness is way off, dodgy groin, and will want to build up his game time from their end.

    Dan Burn

The players will also know how crucial he was to helping the club win first trophy, qualify for UCL etc. so they can let the few games slide now it's all in the past. Bigger things to focus on now and that will be what Howe will have communicated to them all before they went away. Essentially, telling players "Nothing nice to say, don't say anything". Which giving the amount of players who have said nothing, is telling,
  18. Elite season incoming where he guides us to Budapest.

You can’t ready into anyone’s international games. Like Bowen I mention plenty, is woeful for England and the international game, just doesn’t suit him. But he’s extremely effective and strong in club football.
  20. This next run of games up to October internationals going to be a major reality check they’re now not playing relegation contenders at home. Picked up what they needed to first few games to give them hope, but the two home games they haven’t been standout in. I’ll be surprised if they even pick up a point in their next 4.
  21. Hopefully he's been giving a mandate internally from PIF of "Smash some heads, ruffle some feathers and get this club moving. You have carte blance to do what you want and we'll back it up".
  22. Hall has to start. Fully fit now and he needs to be starting games. Wolves is a good one. Not going to throw him in Bournemouth away.
  23. 75% of their team will be thinking about ACON as they will be flying out to it after the game.
  24. They will have to sell well next summer if they stay up, or it’ll be a points deduction. As their wages will have shot up massively as well, so be on for an insanely massive loss this season. They go down, they won’t be in a good state.
  25. I don’t Real Madrid in the sense they don’t avoid who they are. They know they’re cunts, they stick to their cunt model and keep buying the top end players. Think they’ve deviated from that once in the late 00s when they went chasing for the Dutch in thing, then after being shit went back to Kaka / Ronaldo types and stayed on that path since
