JH
Shearer's a shit manager but we all know he'll have the job eventually. There's too many idiots out there for him not to eventually get it. I can't wait til he gets it, the sooner he, and those "Bring back King Kev" lot hit the ground again over Shearer, the better.
Mr. Snrub
Shearer's a shit manager And this would be based on what exactly?
Dokko
Shearer's a shit manager And this would be based on what exactly? On the fact he was a shit footballer of course.
Mr. Snrub
Ah, of course. Just hilarious that people are begging for Allardyce to get more time when he's been nothing but shit, yet at the same time are writing off Shearer before he's even started his managerial career. It would be almost impossible for Shearer to be doing a worse job than the current manager is. I don't think he would be a gutless prick and play for draws away to Derby County. JH
Shearer's a s*** manager And this would be based on what exactly? Well shit/unexperienced - you know what I mean. He's not ready, we have nothing to say he will ever be ready.

GM
Yeah. How can you be sure Shearer's formations and tactics would be any better?

He's not ready, we have nothing to say he will ever be ready. He's going to be manager sometime, give him the job after Sam so we can get this whole Shearer's going to be the next manager bollocks over.

NG32
One important thing. Mike Ashley and Chris Mort might not want Shearer as manager. Everbody talks as if Shearer can just turn up one day and demand the job. I want Neil Warnock in.

Teasy
It would be almost impossible for Shearer to be doing a worse job than the current manager is. And this would be based on what exactly? How could he do worse? Play Shay Given up front?, because that might just be Allardyces next brain wave Seriously to do better then Allardyce all that is required is to not think your a tactical genius and instead just use a basic formation with everyone in there best position and say "go and play". No it isn't, to do really well you need more then that obviously, but to do better then Sam is at the moment all that's required is back to basics. I mean it looks easy on paper, but as we all know the game isn't played on paper and at the end of the day, when the chips are down, it's not just a game, it's not even a matter of life or death, it's more than important than that.
