Unbelievable
A clean sheet. Sam would have been proud..
Rob
simply poor. cant win a home game against a crippled bolton team. to be fair to them the stuck to a gme plan and got a point ... we havent got the quality to beak teams down who come and play like that
Guest K9
It'll get better, chin up lads... not in the near future and we are now in a serious battle to avoid relegation Do you actually support Newcastle?
Skeletor
FUCK OFF. From now on I hope Bolton get relegated and never ever come back.
Cronky
Owen looked like a passenger out there today.

gazza ladra
Under Allardyce no way we'd have a clean sheet. Ok, I'm looking for positives.
Lenny
I must say I find it quite funny that given all of Allardyce's failed attempts to shore up the defense and negative play, Keegans first game results in a clean sheet.
SUPERTOON
It'll get better, chin up lads... not in the near future and we are now in a serious battle to avoid relegation Do you actually support Newcastle? Yes i do but anyone who doesnt think relegation is possible with players and performances like that are kidding themselves
Guest Dev
Our attacks are so **** slow, Milner usually takes 2-3 5-10 minutes on the wing before actually crossing the ball hitting it against an opposition player.
Yorkie
Please don't lay into them, because there wasn't a lot wrong with that.

Decky
Bolton are terrible for the Premier League, fucking God awful side, i cant believe they are saying on Radio Newcastle that this is how the Premier League is, is this fuck what the Prem is like these days, well maybe if you are a Bolton fan it is. Guest Phil K
not in the near future and we are now in a serious battle to avoid relegation Yes, we are indeed. And its all the fault of the media's "victim" - ALLARDYCE, and through him, SHEPHERD. KK will turn it round but its not going to be happening quickly. SAK
After all the jubilation a bit of a reality check.

Guest elbee909
Can't believe people thought we'd suddenly be amazing. They did though, didn't they? Should write this season off if we hadn't already.
Errol82
I hope Bolton are relegated. The keyword is "destructive".
hallihg
We dominated the second half. We really needed more pace and creativity today, sick of the same crosses towards Owen the dwarf or Ameobi. Attacks were slow, but still it was more entertaining than fat sam's style.
Dragon55544
Bolton = Anti-football, Thats has to be the most Negative team to come to SJP in a very long time. Atleast the like of Wigan and Derby came to have a good go. After that performance i hope to god Bolton go down.
Guest Mcdonald36
It's like 1996 all over again Seriously, though, shitehouse tactics from Bolton. And anyone thinking we'd suddenly start playing like Barca with the current squad, whilst wearing a silly 'The King is back' hat, was seriously deluded. Yorkie
We need one or two individuals back and we need, fucking more desperately than anything, a CENTRE-MIDFIELDER that can actually do something. There was no poor performances out there today, though Rozehnal and Ameobi were on the brink.
Shearergol
Please don't lay into them, because there wasn't a lot wrong with that. Considering we had a centre midfield consisting of a central defender (a shit one) and a winger, added to the fact that Ameobi was playing, it's probably a good result. Need Shearer back in now though, to try and lift the spirits again

Guest Phil K
A clean sheet. Sam would have been proud.. Yeah, but they only ventured out of their own half 3 or 4 times. And NOT because we forced them back either. Not enough pace in this team. I'd give Kazenga a run.
