Eduardo will be fucked over the Christmas matches, he can barely go a week without getting a knock, 2 games in 3 days will probably kill him.

Any chance Arsenal will get a loan striker in January? Huntelaar? Ruud? (Although he'd probably never play for Arsenal after what happened when he missed that pen)

The Sun Chelsea transfers today:

Jack Rodwell - Price Tag £16m

Andrea Pirlo - Price Tag £20m

Sergio Aguero - Price Tag £18m

Does anyone else see a flaw in this pathetic story? :idiot2:

Shouldnt ever be surprised at the morons who write for that paper, comedy journalism at its best ;D

A few days ago it had Pompey looking to sign Lorik(?) Remy and Artem Ben Arfa in January - Do they still have a transfer embargo and a massive funding problem? ;D

It'll be lifted next week, as they've secured funds.

So what was the flaw you meant? I hope it wasn't that Chelsea have a transfer ban too?

You seriously cant see a flaw in Pirlo costing more than a player who is rated in the top bracket, is only about 21 years old AND whose club were asking for £50m or something ludicrous in the summer?

Yes, I can see a flaw in the figures. I just wondered if you'd missed the Chelsea news ;)

There's photo's of him in the shirt after their last home game.

They should go ahead and sell him in January and spend that money on a replacement and some defenders. Martins has more league goals in less games and Grafite is not far off and scored a hattrick in CL. It's actually a shame Grafite is around 30 as he has been the better player than Dzeko over the last two years.

Sulaiman Al Fahim is trying to persuade Portsmouth manager Paul Hart to sign Egyptian striker Amr Zaki.

Former Wigan forward Zaki has been continually linked with a move to Fratton Park since the summer but Hart is reportedly concerned about the player's attitude and fears he could have a negative impact on the Pompey dressing room.

The 26-year-old controversially failed to report back to the Latics last season after a spell on international duty, and then Wigan boss Steve Bruce labelled him the most unprofessional player he had ever worked with.

But former Pompey owner Al Fahim, who still holds a 10 per cent share in the club after the takeover of Ali Al-Faraj, would love to see Zaki in a Portsmouth shirt - although admits the decision is out of his hands.

"It's not my decision, it is up to Paul Hart and Avram Grant but I would like to see Amir Zaki," he told The News.

"He loves Portsmouth. He calls me almost every week and he wants to be part of the Portsmouth team.

"He is a player who could add value. The price we could get him for is also good."

Class player if arsed.
