Guest Stephen927
Whats wrong with Avram Grant? The man knows his stuff, and actually did well with Chelsea in very difficult circumstances, ie being Mourinho's successor.
Nobody
Would take him.

Pilko
As long as he doesn't keep playing and failing to sub Duff every game like the stupid paddy twat who currently occupies our managers seat then I'll take him.
Newcastle Fan
He just copied what Mourinho did in Chelsea, will fail big time if he comes here.

Robster
Seems like a decent fella but when I look back at KK and SBR, they both had that bubbly enthusiasm that just made you listen to what they had to say. Avram doesnt have that kind of personality and I amnot sure he could pick up players low on confidence. Still be light years better than JK though but I would be fearful of another one word answer, "yes"... "no".. press conference... we dont need that kind of PR. The press are probably still out for him after that... it would make their year if he joined us.
Skirge
At this stage I would be over the moon with him...
Nobody
Can only assume that those turning their noses at him are happy with Kinnear or think we can do better than someone who was inches away from winning the Champions League.

Hmmmm... I am not convinced reaching the Champions League final was down to him. Seemed to be more like they did it in spite of him. I say again, he comes across like a decent man, but I am not convinced he is the man to try to take us forward.
Guest nufc_kev
Took Mourinho's team of underachievers in Europe and made them a post's width from being European Champions.

Ronaldo
how anyone could say no, madness man. Butt and Duff would be nowhere near the team with a continental manager in charge. Good enough for me
Guest Stephen927
The best we could hope for right now. Although I did get a text at 20 past one this morning saying to put money on Shearer being made manager on the 22nd, because someone had heard it from a high source at the club. La Parka
I'd f***ing love him as our manager. I have wanted him ever since keegan left. Please let it be true... http://soccerlens.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/05/avram-grant.jpg Wouldn't mind the setup imo.
Thespence
With the money tight as SJP & the credit crunch kicking in, then getting a Jewish chap to run the team during these penny pinching times may be a on the money move. He has always come across as a decent chap in interviews.

cp40
He may be a good appointment, I believe he is an attacking-forward minded manager. He was always praising chelsea players, 'For skinning' the opposition.
