Mistle17
Is on the verge of signing for us if you believe nufc.com. Wigan's Ryan Taylor and Bolton's Kevin Nolan are said to be "close" to moving to St. James' Park but both deals are still to be agreed. If true, the pair would be more than welcome in our eyes - Taylor, if only to stop him scoring against us.... More on this as we get it.

robbo_11
Possible that the Ebondo deal is not going to go through maybe? At least if Taylor comes we will have someone who can take free kicks.

Guest Jaymisco24
He's scored against enough times.. And he hits a mean free-kick, something no Newcastle player can currently do!
Syrette
Like they said, at least we'd save ourselves a conceded goal every time we play them.

Mistle17
He wouldnt improve our us that much. He'd add a bit of depth to the squad I guess but once Beye's back then Taylor's oot.

Cajun
Had a few injury problems but is versatile. Can take a freekick and put in a good cross. Would definitely be worth the £800,000 thats being banded about.
KaKa
He wouldnt improve our us that much. He'd add a bit of depth to the squad I guess but once Beye's back then Taylor's oot. And I think he'd be alright with that. He can also play on the right side of midfield so no more slo mo Geremo when Jonas needs a break. Good option to have.
