They're always looking for the ball and interchanging positions with excellent movement on top of it. The first team could do with watching this. A friend of mine is looking at doing his undergrad dissertation on something like that. Perhaps looking at the attitudes young pros have when they first break into the first team, what the actual chances of them making it etc are.
