Guest Mantis
That must have been an inconvenience for him, having to come up to Newcastle. Wonder if Lambsarse had to use his sat nav to find his way to the training ground
Pilko
Llambias: "That concludes the tour. Please visit the gift shop on your way out where you can buy a pencil for 60p, some Newcastle shower gel and deo for £6, a signed, printed shirt for £60 and the ownsership of the football club for £60m." Dave
Seems pretty desperate to me like; Llambias, who most places have reported isn't even up in Newcastle any more let alone doing anything for the club, showing off facilities everyone knows about already. Not quite sure where you get desperate from. If potential buyers come to Newcastle to have a look around telling them to fuck off probably aint gonna get it done

johnnypd
must be quite far down the line if he is showing them round the facilities, though we don't know that these guys were bidders, might just be some new sponsors.

Guest fading star
What is there to see, and more importantly, why would they fly all the way to Tyneside to see it? 1) A last minute impluse bid 2) Next owners checking out their prize 3) A group of a mackems in silk suits having a laugh. No-one apart from Harris is supposed to know identities until a bid has been accepted. The club has been sold.

Guest geordienorway
NEWCASTLE United managing director Derek Llambias is understood to have handed a group of Asian businessmen a tour of St James's Park as the sale of the Magpies took a fresh twist. The Chronicle understands Llambias was with the group throughout the day. The Asian party are thought to be from Maylasia and were shown the facilities on offer at United but the identity of the group is yet to be confirmed. The Toon managing director then accompanied the group on a flight back to the capital were talks continued tonight.
