As I might not be around much this weekend, here's my take on the Norwegian matches. (In depth under the spoilers, odds are from Unibet at the time of this being posted.)

Sat:

Stabæk - Vålerenga

I would take Stabæk at 1.77 as they are looking very strong since last season with their reinforcements and their young players being more experienced than last season. Vålerenga on the other hand have a nice mixture of experience and youth, but are much more hit and miss. And seeing how they were very hit last weekend, I'd take my chances on them being miss this weekend.

Other bets: Nannskog (Stabæk) anytime scorer at 2.40

Sun:

Haugesund - Strømsgodset

Haugesund impressed against predicted title challengers Brann last week, but they are newly promoted and will be very hard to predict for the first few games as they have the players to actually do rather well if they gel together. Strømsgodset have a very young squad, but albeit these young players are the future of Norwegian football and I have high expectations for Strømsgodset. At 2.30 dnb I'd take Strømsgodset over Haugesund.

Hønefoss - Aalesund

Aalesund raped their opposition last weekend, and looked a decent side in the Charity Shield final against Rosenborg before the season started (Although they lost). Hønefoss are a brand new addition to the Norwegian top division, and were dismantled by the book by their opposition last weekend. I think Aalesund will sneak a win here, even at 3.00.

Other bets: Thor H. Aarøy anytime goalscorer at 4.00.

Kongsvinger - Odd Grenland

Again, Kongsvinger have nothing to do in the top division. Odd at 2.15 any day of the week.

Other bets: Peter Kovacs anytime goalscorer at 2.65.

Lillestrøm - Tromsø

I wouldn't touch this one. Lillestrøm were raped by Aalesund last weekend, and will want to fix impressions in front of their home fans. Tromsø is just in general a good team who can beat any team in the league on a good day, but get beat by any team in  the league on a bad day. If anything, I'd go Tromsø at 3.15 dnb.

Sandefjord - Molde

Molde is a great team, Sandefjord is a mediocre to shit team. Easy math. Molde at 1.95.

Other bets: Björn Rünstrøm anytime goalscorer at 4.10.

Viking - Brann

Scary match, both teams are thought to be up there chasing Rosenborg alongside Stabæk and Molde. I'd go Viking dnb at 1.52.

Mon:

Rosenborg - Start

Rosenborg at 1.40. Not even open to discussion.

Other bets: Rade Prica anytime goalscorer at 2.10. Rade Prica first goalscorer at 4.10.

Overall weekend acc:

Stabæk

Odd

Molde

Rosenborg

£10 @ 10.39 returns £103.9

Sunday acc:

Viking

Molde

Odd

Aalesund

(Viking and Aalesund as dnb for people not wanting a bigger risk for more money)

£10 @ 26.41 returns £264.1

(the odds of 26.41 are not dnb)

Bet big:

Odd Grenland

Molde

£50 @ 4.19 returns £209.6

Dare to dream:

Aalesund

Strømsgodset

Aalesund

Viking

Odd Grenland

Rosenborg

£2 @118.3 returns £236.6

Goalscorer acc:

Daniel Nannskog anytime for Stabæk - SATURDAY

Björn Rünström anytime for Molde - SUNDAY

Peter Kovacs anytime for Odd Grenland - SUNDAY

Thor H. Aarøy anytime for Aalesund - SUNDAY

Rade Prica anytime for Rosenborg - MONDAY

£5 @ 219.04 returns £1095.1

Nannskong, Prica and Kovacs are pretty much certs. Rünström and Aarøy are 50/50-ish.

Other:

Molde and Odd are decent to add as Norwegian games to an International acc for Sunday.

I've got 7/8 matches correct so far this season, hopefully this will be 15/16.

If only I could be arsed to put the same effort in Allsvenskan as Kaiz does for Tippeligan

Only one game in Allsvenskan today though, Brommapojkarna - AIK. AIK are favourites, but at 1.61 at bet365, I'd probably stay away. The game is being played on Råsunda, our home ground, so it will be like a home game for us, even though we're technically away. We were absolute wank last week against Mjällby, didn't look like scoring at all and were lucky to get away with a point. The pitch will still be terrible, which is another reason to not bet on this.

I'm not betting on early kick offs anymore, sick of them fucking me over before my second game kicks off.

 I never do.

Have a selection of small bets on tonight:

Carroll last goal - £2

Halftime draw, Fulltime Newcastle - £1

Bristol City to score first and to lose - £1

Bristol City 1-1 Newcastle - £1

Newcastle to win to nil - £1

Should (hopefully) see me in profit.

Fuck! Put 12,50€ on Klitschko to win without K.O.... of course, he won through K.O.

(would have been my first time that I would have been to over  100€ on my betting account... now it'll be at around 70€....)
