Village Idiot
That's a shitload of money to waste We have had quite a few big flops these past few seasons: Henrique, Hleb, Gudjohnsen, Cáceres, probably Keirrison and Chygrysnky too. Thanks god our youth setup has been as good as it's been. Isn't Keirrison only like 19 and you got him at the start of the season? Strange damnation of a very promising player. And often it isn't the players fault imo, it's more the formation that Barca use. Don't get me wrong, they use it incredibly well but alot of players aren't used to it (Hleb, Henry (at the start at least)). Regarding Keirrison, it's more the fact that the club doesn't seem to rate him at all, he's been loaned to Fiorentina for this season *and* the next, and a sell clause slapped on him. Why purchase a guy and give up on him after six months without him ever putting our shirt on? Some of our transfer dealings are completely baffling. DJ_NUFC
Commitments sometimes need to be made to South American agents, Idiot. It helps when your coach plays along and doesn't throw a strop. PS: I love KK.
TaylorJ_01
Yeah sorry VI, I reviewed my post a bit. I agree, 1.5 season loan is craziness. It puts them off buying him for a while aswell. Still, in Brazil 89 goals in 159 appearances. 41 in 58 in one of his seasons at Coritiba

Ketsbaia
C'mon Blackpool It'd be surreal to see a club like that in the Premiership. Then again, I felt the same with Wigan, Hull, Burnley......

Ash
Anything good to get from Hull? Giovanni etc? The only two I'd consider are two of the young lads, Cooper and Cairney. The rest of them are shit. I'm astounded people have been suggesting that we should sign Bullard and Geovanni, cannot for the life of me understand why.
Neil
I know it's not easy to judge him on and not the ideal game, but when we ripped Hull a new one (we ought to release a DVD really), Cairney was canny, and scored a great goal. The glimpses I've seen of him in other games suggests he's got a bright future. Anyone seen him at length?

Doesn't seem scared to take a man on and can also pick out a nice pass. He's somebody who is definitely worth taking a chance on as like you say, he has a bright future ahead of him. ponsaelius
Don't they still have Stuart Taylor? Injured. Actually I'm not sure, but Nielsen was their only option today. And reading their forum they seem to think Nielsen is the only option unless they can recall Hart.
