Hughton's celebration is the best, he looks like he's escaped from somewhere.

The one v. Swansea was certainly like that ! Great ! Love to see that kind of thing.  ;D

Aye, Sheff Utd away was another. Defintely one of his redeeming characteristics.

On a Villa related note, have they qualified for Europe with them getting to the League Cup Final? (obviously assuming Man. United qualify automatically for the Champions league)

Carling Cup goes to the league if the winners are already qualified IIRC?

O'Neill better be f***ing laying into them right now like. 3-2 FT  :snod:

Hope he didn't have money on it.

It was the team-result I wanted, not the score :pow:

CC winners get a European spot. If they're already in Europe, it goes to the league. 6th now gets a UEFA spot. Same with the FA Cup and 7th.

Since when?

Im just guessing but Millwall in Europe was what changed the FA's minds.

If the ball was to go directly into the goal from a Delap throw would it count as a goal?

No.  That scenario actually happened at Ipswich last week.

I think there has to be contact before it goes in.

There's only one Mikel... in my mind.  :smitten:
