Shak
Shame, but I just don't get why if he loves this club so much he wouldn't stay for the year. Money talks I guess. Because it's also his job and he has the rest of his life to think about. One bad injury in the next 9 months and he doesn't get anywhere near the same offer he's probably going to sign today. Guest BlacknWhiteArmy
We'll greatly miss him and his influence. Luckily, we have got quite decent options in midfield.

Guest axel
Stick Marveaux on the right. Sorted. No
Guest bimpy474
Amazing thing is the way our owner has an unbelievable expert manner in shooting himself in the foot. Ten ways to get hated and then feck up some more, Mike Ashley a life story.
JH
Joey Barton is moving because QPR is offering him a contract and NUFC isn't. Simple as. But if people want to bury their heads in the sand and blame it on the money AGAIN then go ahead.

SEMTEX
This whole thing is fucking ridiculous. Player who is comfortably good enough to make a great deal of first team appearances this season, who wants to stay, shown the door. Nothing he has said or done on twitter comes even close to justifying this shite. I'm fucking wasting my life following these fucking clowns shitting on NUFC. Oh how I wish I could just sack it all off. It'll never happen like, so there'll be no grand gestures from me. I'm just gonna accept it and bitch on here. Si
Going for a medical now, still no contract offer from NUFC.......think that just about makes my mind up. 3 minutes ago Fucking insanity, if there was any remaining doubt about the ambitions of the current owners this is the final death knoll. It's going to take one hell of a transfer coup to make up for this. He's the sort of player you need to rouse the rest of the team when things are going badly. Madness. nufcjb
i wonder who his home debut is going to be against... I don't think we're clever wnough to put a clause in the deal barring him to play against us for that match..we're just clueless
Cronky
It looks like the end. I've always rated him as a player, but it's reached the point where a parting of the ways is best all round. In his current frame of mind, he'd become a loose cannon, liable to go off in front of a team-mate as much as the opposition. Midfield isn't our weak area, so I think we'll be okay. I can't help but feel that Pardew hasn't handled the situation well over the last few months. He needed to be a lot firmer when Joey started making all these bizarre public comments. While i dont buy the hands are tied stuff 100%, they are offering a good long term contract and were not, he has to weigh that up, can hardly blame him really.
