He' s a pretty good player and i bet better than some of the pile of s**** we have in our first team squad right now. don't think he'll get a proper chance here though.

Hard to give someone a proper chance when they are rarely fit for a sustainable amount of games. He's been with us for 5/6 year now, been highly regarded for the majority of it but hasn't proved himself enough. Sent back from Cardiff because of injuries, didn't pull up any trees in league 1 and now found a bit of fitness and form so he should now be with us?

I think his time here is up but it was neither Newcastle nor Vuckic's fault that he never fulfilled his potential, another promising youngster savaged by injuries which has seemingly ruined his career chances at the top level.

Without trying to sound too dismissive, our back room teams have hardly been the best at keeping players fit or preparing youngsters for the first team.

That still doesn't mean he deserves any more or less of a chance. He's just a crock who could have been a decent player had he been a bit luckier.

My point was that perhaps 'he' isn't a crock, more the way the medical department and coaches have looked after him has been a much more contributory factor to his availability than his own genetics.

It's like the closer a fragile player is to our medical team, the higher the probability they get crocked.

This, every time, we've had a pretty extensive list of crocks in our time but you get the feeling our "physio team" exsasserbate rather than cure.
