This is interesting.

That's an awful lot of long balls hit by the saviours of passing football. Must be all that "it isn't working, hit it long to Crouchy" stuff.

Ha ha... also shoots down the Mackems claims that with the exception of the Derby matches when they were panicking, they have generally played it along the ground the rest of the season.

Didn't they (on RTG) label us a long ball team who rely on set pieces too???

pretty bad. knowing muscat though, he's probably done worse. up there with de jong and thatcher as dirtiest cunts in the game.

Fucking hell. :nope:

Remember Wolves fans singing his name when they knocked us out of that dreadful FA Cup tie because he'd previously broken Craig Bellamy's leg.

Being described as the worst tackle in A-League history.

Melbourne Victory fans finally turning on this cunt and his apologist dog of a manager Ernie Merrick. So called hard man who is a coward and a butcher. Very real chance of being banned for the rest of the season, which at 37 could effectively be a life ban. Result for the game but scant consolation for poor Zahra...

We get one A-League game every week, and I saw him get a red a few weeks ago. No clue who he was, then he comes out with that tackle. Tough guy.

First game back from that suspension - there comes a point where "mistimed" becomes a sick joke

www.theworldgame.com.au/news/1042177/Eight-weeks-for-Muscat

Kevin Muscat banned for eight matches for his horror tackle - the season has a maximum of seven weeks remaining so it effectively ends his domestic season. Melbourne Victory are involved in the Asian Champions League, so unfortunately this dog's career isn't over quite yet. We'll never see him in the A-League again though...
