Whey hey! Massive step forward that. Absolutely ridiculous that the only videos/highlights you could legally get free online were those shite, couple minute highlights on Yahoo.

Re getting rid of pen shoot outs, how about replays, radical I grant you but can be done in most circumstances. In world cup type tournaments where there isn't time just play till someone scores.

Though still an absolutely daft proposal. It´s easier to win at penalties than in open play. But it´s not a lottery and if a team don´t want penalties, attack!

 

How on earth should you do if a game is tight? In football you can´t play for ever. The games would never been settled.
