LooneyToonArmy
He the Japanese chap that used to play in Serie A? Genoa or Caligari was it? aye, also played in Croatia and Brazil for Santos. Felt a bit sorry for him missing out on the 98 and 2002 world cup squads. Can't remember why he missed out in 98 in particular as he scored tons of goals to get them there. What's the reasoning behind japan playing, spain potentially playing? Because there are only 10 teams in CONMEBOL which is a pretty difficult number to run a tournament with so they invite 2 outside teams.

There is also a millionaire footballer who obtained a ban on the reporting of his ‘sexual liaisons’ with a foreign female sports star. What's with all these super-injunctions? Especially since the Terry one was lifted - it's clear they're all out to just protect advertising deals.
Ketsbaia
Its giving them license to be twats. By choosing to have an affair, you should accept the consequences instead of hiding behind some sissy injunction. If you don't want catching out, don't do it in the first place. Thespence
Danny Fiszman passed away today, did so much for Arsenal, real fan on the board. RIP. Looks like he sold up earlier on in the week as he knew his time was coming to the end & more than likely didn't want his family having to deal with the yank or russian. Gash
It says something when he wanted to get his shares to Kroenke, on his deathbed, before he wants them to end up with Usmanov.
Thespence
It says something when he wanted to get his shares to Kroenke, on his deathbed, before he wants them to end up with Usmanov. I would need to see evidence that he favored 1 more than the other but I do think he acted in his family best interest to get shot of them before sadly passing away. Thespence
FAO OLDER POSTERS - I know we were in 2nd Div in the main while Pedro played for Liverpool & Everton but I honestly cant recall what sort of reception he got if/when he played against us at SJP, can someone remind me. Cheers.

Well, if he left it to his family they may have accepted the higher offer from Usmanov, he did what he had to.

Neil
You really don't like him do you? If he scores, I'll go nuts. Generally though, he's a travesty of a footballer. The last time I defended him, he miskicked it into his own net at West Ham.
