Maybe the touchy feely brigade could try

'Mike - Your Not a Very Nice Man'

If we could agree on 200 of those being held up, everyone's a winner.  Except the nasty man.

Have a fucking word man. It's not one extreme or the other. I don't think it's entirely unreasonable to not use words like 'rapist'.

'Mike Ashley Touches Kids' ?

Obviously 'touches' meaning has ruined and 'Kids' meaning our club.

Yes, let's all just sit and wait for the nice, benevolent gentleman to stay at the club for several years without fuss or opposition until he decides to move on, and in the meantime even if he does insist on the team playing in red and white stripes next season, well that's the modern world and tradition be damned. And if the club is re-located to Berkshire, then let's all get behind such a decision for the overall good of the club.

Anyhow, as if the likes of the Situationists, The Suffagettes, Rosa Parks, the Tiananmen Square protestors, Oliver Cromwell, William Wilberforce, the founding fathers of the United States of America and the opposition to the rise of Nazism changed anything. Bunch of f***ing losers, the lot of 'em.

touch of a rapist is a pretty common phrase in football.

van per-sie, if the girl says no, molest her! is another example of bawdy terrace humour.

since everyone is waffling on about this banner i'd say it's been successful in so far as drawing attention to itself. it couldve easily been swept under carpet like others that doubtless made an appearance.

Jesus wept

Can one of the holier-than-thou fuckwits on here knock up 'An Idiots Guide to Protesting' because i'd love to know exactly how I and others should be conducting ourselves against Swansea and Watford?

The banner may have been unpalatable for some and that's not surprising because rape is a very strong word but in this instance it's quite apt (my main problem with the banner was the use of the term 'cockney'. Not very accurate.) I think the fact that it was within full view of the press area and it was seen by some journalists yet there has been little or no comment in todays rags about it tells you all you need to know. We're not in the midst of another 'boycoutt' episode, far from it. The feeling I get from supporters of other clubs and the press is that we could commit some gross physical acts of violence against him and they'd still struggle to blame us for it.

And I don't want to bang on about this but if you're a non-attendee unless you didn't go to the game as a form of boycott then your opinion really isn't valid. I don't care how logistically difficult it would be for you to get to St. James' Park from Uruguay, or if you've owned every home kit since year zero, i've paid my money and I'm well within my rights to protest so please don't tell me i'm wrong.

the only one who is holier than thou is you mate with your "I go to the games" bullshit which makes you think your opinions are more valid. For what it's worth I used to have a season ticket but had to give it up for work reasons a few years ago. That said I still pay Sky subscriptions soley so I can watch the games when I'm in, so my money's still paying it's way just like yours is so give the superior attitude a rest.

I think I've proven myself to be the most knowledgable poster on here time and time again, hence the reason i'm allowed to be an arrogant fucker.

You post on here, so you must be a thick know-nowt fucker by default.

even just "LIAR" or that phrase from that panels report about the deliberate misleading would have been better.

the use of the term "rapist" just to call someone a nasty name is crap. also the repeated use of "cockney" is helping to make us look very insularly pathetic.

Rapist is below the belt, plenty of other derogotary (sp?) names out there.
