Unlucky Luque
Only aloud black/white lettering and numbers in the prem iirc we had gold a few seasons back Yeah, but think it was a new thing when they changed to the new style. But if WBA have red, then surely we can do something similar.
nobby_solano
How come WBA have stripes on the back of their shirts? Because they went with a real kit designer. Ok. For some reason I thought striped shirts had to have patches on the back. Don't normally take any notice but the bairn just asked me. Like Sunderland's you mean? Must have seen this in the last 2 days http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/incoming/article675247.ece/ALTERNATES/gallery-large/226164002.jpg maybe that picture's the real reason dazza left them
Guest Shaun
my first one was umbro, but then i found out later they weren't even using umbro in that season, so it must of been an older kit. i was 5 though, so i didnt really care. just happy to have a newcastle kit. TheGuv
Red was the colouring we used to use back in the day. BRING IT BACK If not do what the 95-97 kit makers used to use, like the pic a bit further up of Pedro.

Kaizero
Got this seasons shirt today with Ben Arfa on the back. The quality is rather shit compared to the Adidas shirts, but I just couldn't help myself when it was only £30 on Kitbag. I may have a problem. Toon Hoser
Got this seasons shirt today with Ben Arfa on the back. The quality is rather s*** compared to the Adidas shirts, but I just couldn't help myself when it was only £30 on Kitbag. I may have a problem. I hate when Kitbag have those mega sales. I didn't really need to own one of those white Ghana shirts, but now I do.

Colos Curls
Toon shirts are £25 (£20 if you haggle because the retards have slapped the wrong tags on at the silver link shop)
Kaizero
The quality really is rather appaling, it bugs me to no end. At first I was all "this ain't all bad?", then I put on the US shirt and the quality difference between them is just incomparable.
RupertCommunicator
Price of a new shirt from 1995-97 is around the £50 mark, £80 if it's printed! Sorely tempting though. Am gutted I left my shirt lying around wet and it went mouldy. My Mother chucked it out. Wouldn't fit me now though, I was only 12 at the time! LesPaul
Saw the new shirt up close for the first time while I was on London. It's not worth spending £25 on
Jordan
I don't mind the patch on the back tbh, where i sit in SJP i can just about make out the numbers so with stripes on the back it would be a massive struggle.
Toon Hoser
In the post-derby euphoria, I went ahead and ordered one of the blue away shirts, as per below. Come on, kitbag! http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/3424/nufcawaycarroll9.jpg Wow, that was so worth it. Wore the shirt out in public exactly once. Now, it's basically for lounging around the house and cooking food in.

SEMTEX
I bought my gf a HBA shirt for Xmas. She moaned. She is pretty fair weather so has no clue who he is, as he's been injured forever. She moaned that it wasn't Andy Carroll. HA. Victoire.
