AyeDubbleYoo
Surely if we terminated his contract then he cant play for QPR until next season, the window is closed for free transfers so they couldn't buy him till 1st July and he has no parent club to loan him to QPR which makes his loan void? You might be right there. i think mutually is the key word, he's a free agent if so Oh, can clubs sign free agents outside of the transfer window? As I'm typing I'm realising the answer is probably yes.

afar
Since this hasn't been confirmed anywhere else I tend to think this is misinformation. Absolutely no reason for us doing this. I still think Routledge is a good sqaud player for us and worst case, we would have no problem selling him in the summer for perhaps a profit. The Prophet
Reports? There's two reports, one stating he's had his contract terminated, t'other claiming QPR are close to agreeing a deal. Hyperbole-tastic.
Ishmael
I am going to go out on a tiny limb and assume that a journalist has royally fucked up a piece. routledge is close to agreeing terms with qpr to sign for next to nothing. he hasn't been released. that would make the most sense. Flip
Do you guys seriously believe we would do that when we could get some sort of fee from him? People have gone mental...
