MidfieldGeneral
Carrick not injured and in the starting line up for Manure and Cleverly doesn't make the bench. Is he available for loan again ?
The Prophet
Hughton sounds a bit over Wilshere like. Said he wanted him on loan earlier this window didn't he? Shame it looks like he's staying put.

If they end up signing Ozil, I'd like to think he would be.
Ash
It was in the Sunday Post today that Rangers had turned down the chance to sign Eidur Gudjohnsen on loan because they couldn't afford to pay his wages of £40,000 per week. Should we be in for him? Got to say, I'd take him in a flash on loan.

Guest Heneage
I think he lacks mobility these days and didn't look the same player from his Chelsea days, seemed a bit chunky.
ponsaelius
He certainly does lack mobility, and he's basically a ponderous midfield player now. Still got good ability, but like I said, definitely not what we need.
Village Idiot
He would revitalize Newcastle's gambling industry though. I swear he kept our casino in business all by himself.

Village Idiot
From our part, Hleb is yours if you take the wages. Herein lies the problem for you I guess.

Fenham Mag
Would fucking love us to get Bellamy back. He's desperate to leave Man City.
ponsaelius
Bellamy and Carroll would be a good front 2 I think.

ponsaelius
Would f***ing love us to get Bellamy back. He's desperate to leave Man City. I would jizz. Don't believe it's possible though. Me neither. I wouldn't rule out some movement out of City towards the end of the window though. I can imagine players being told they're not part of the squad plans and then having to hastily find a new club either on loan or permanent. We should be waiting for any scraps to fall. ponsaelius
Wow just seen the article about Bellamy bitching, I don't know if we've got any chance or whether he'd even contemplate coming back here but I'd hope we atleast try.
Amir_9
Tottenham and Fulham are waiting to pounce for Bellamy, no chance he would come here. :/
afar
We couldn't afford the wages or the tranfer fee, Ashley wouldn't sanction a move for him at his age. Man Shitty may also need him for their Home Grown quota. They are going to have to move some players out there, I would venture to say they are well past the 25 over 21's that they can register. Fenham Mag
From the interview he sounded like he just wanted to play and even mentioned playing for Cardiff. Maybe he be willing to take a wage cut.
