A massive wage, and when he does come on he puts no effort in whatsoever he's the Nicky Butt successor for attitude and ability. Butt's attitude was always spot on in his last few years tbf. His legs had completely went - but there were lots of times he was the only one not hiding in the midfield, which is why he gave the ball away so much, as he was actually trying to do things. Gosling has the legs and workrate to be an able understudy to Tiote, even if he has no ability to go with it he's already two up on Smith.
