Is it even that bad of a mistake? 

 

I think it's getting totally blown out of proportion because it's the last game of the season. If this happens in any other month of the season it gets moved on from pretty quickly.

It's a massive howler like. The weirdest thing for me is that the keeper could have easily held it but didn't. 

 

When I was checking the updates throughout the match though, they didn't have a single shot on target. The door was open for them and they (just like us) didn't turn up.

At least their match DJ got some practice in this year by playing the Europa League tune. Will allow them to hit the ground running.

Admittedly I was watching 2 screens but Man U were really good. All over them from the start.

I don't feel sorry for them at all, I'm glad its going to happen but its a poor rule. I'm glad they got done by VAR today - also a poor rule though.

They were happy to vote for them, you know! Those other 13 non-Sky 6 clubs decided to back 5 of the Sky 6 to shut us down. So they should feel the pain. 

 

I do however agree its a poor rule and needs changing, but that aint happening.

The other thing with the Hawkeye mistake, is that Villa were facing an FFP charge from the EFL for their promotion season. They were doing a Leeds but pulled it off to get out and then luck kept them up.
