Dr.Spaceman
He was shit. He got away with murder because he played up to the crowd and dived against the mackems to win a pelantee once upon a time.

Bimpy474
Xisco was a disgrace Guivarch was a disgrace Luque was a disgrace Marcelino was a disgrace Boumsong was a disgrace Owen was a fucking wanker that used us to fill his bank account and continue his England career Taylor was a average player that never really worked out his limitations but gave his all and if Houghton thought he was good enough for us then that's good enough for me.

Disco
I enjoyed how he showed his love of the club through transfer requests, complete stagnation after signing contracts and regularly missing two-thirds of the season.

oldtype
Taylor had stretches where he was fine, but ultimately was never worth the wages given his terrible fitness record. No need to succumb to hyperbole.

Guest firetotheworks
What are his supposedly immature and ignorant comments on Sunderland? I can well imagine he said them because he's an absolute melt, but I'm not sure what he's supposed to have said about them.

Ryan
Sounds like petty BS from Murray.
Guest Howaythetoon
Watched him Captain the England under 2-1s against the Dutch a few years back and he was immense in that game, scoring a penalty in a shoot out I think. I genuinely thought we had a player on our hands there. I'm sure that was the same tournament Viana starred in. Could be wrong like! On his day Taylor could be very competent, but his attitude and injury record was very poor and he had those mad moments that were comedic at times. Ronaldo
Under 2-1s? Is that where they put a restriction on the amount of the goals you can score? Nah, different tournament re. Viana.
Pilko
Taylor was still playing for the U21's when he was about 27, wasn't he? Milner anarl.
Dinho lad
I'd believe those comments if they came from Mick MaCarthy, as he's seems genuine, but not Murray. I don't have any reason to believe him over Taylor. (Even though the later is clearly a dipstick.)
