Ryan_Taylor
Love this guy sooooo much more after his heroic defensive display today..don't want King Kenny coming in for him now to team him up with Jose though.. They spent to much on Downing for that

Gallowgate Toon
Pretty much played as a left wing back. Great covering for Taylor though. Top man is Jonas.
quayside
I think most of us know by now what Jonas does for the team, with all the weird rumours about the morale of our squad it was good to see him totally committed - can't ask for more.
Disco
Even though he's come in for (in my opinion unfair) flack for effort before IMO he's the consumate professional IMO.

Shak
Find it hard to believe all those defenders are better than Colo like.
Guest
I just don't like the idea of him travelling to Asia. Anyway, another no-mark player to go into the derby match with our no-mark current France midfielder and most recent no-mark Holland goalkeeper. Disco
Playing in India btw. Can't remember who they're playing though (not India). Sabella obviously knows the Craic though
AlanSkÃrare
For starters Colo is a lot better than Burdisso.
Geordie Ahmed
For starters Colo is a lot better than Burdisso. and he is quite comfortably better than demichelis BUT from our point of view I am glad he has not been picked

Anyway, congratulations to Jonas. Always an honour to be called up to the Argentina squad.

jdckelly
bit odd Jonas can get into it but not Colo, not like they have a vast number of quality cbs
Shak
Colo not getting picked is not a good thing for us. You think he's not desperate to play in the next World Cup? On a team which will have a very good chance to win, no less? If he has a great season again and still can't get a look in then I'd worry he'll feel the need to move to a CL club. Jonas has long been established as part of the squad though, whereas they don't seem to know Colo exists. Strange like, as Colo is a vastly better player than Jonas. Disco
Argentina have little or no out and out wide players though.
Shak
Surely they should be playing a 4-3-3 though with their squad?
