madras
a very dull 1-1. I don't think that's possible unless you're a neutral tbh. I mean the actual football can be dull but the tension isn't. dunno like, that maicky gray, sheare equaliser was dull.
JH
Pity we've no Swandive Taylor in the side like last time. The way referees and assistants have been against us this season, I'm willing to dump my morals out of the window and go all out for a dodgy penalty/freekick. We should just drop down like flies every time we near the box, I mean if everyone else does it then it's surely acceptable for us to?
Foluwashola
Absolutely shitting my frenchies, come Sunday will be a nervous wreck. Although it will be a different team, tonight has knocked my confidence. Shall have to get in the Goose for 10 to try and dull the pain.
Guest neesy111
After the luck they've had with referees, I'd love a conterversial last minute penalty to win it to rub it in.
Mick
I still think this will be a home win, our players will be up for this like they were against Villa although I don't think the mackems will be as bad as they were.
Fenham Mag
Would prefer a 0-0 over a 1-1 . I just hate seeing the mackems celebrate goals against us. It makes me sick.
Ronaldo
Krul's confidence won't be flying high going into this. Worrying.
Disco
We lose this, and what was the point of tonight? We'd definitely had won the cup if we lose on Sunday and next season we'd have won the UEFA Cup. Hughton out.
Disco
We really need to start seeing the likes of Vuckic and Ranger on the bench instead of Ryan Taylor and Lovenkrands. purely on tonights performance i'd agree with rangerloven...........vuckic,however, has shown nothing against grown ups yet. I think he's shown flashes of what he's about. He's also massive for someone who's just turned 18. We can't really afford to loan Ranger* out because of lack of striking options but Vuckic is the one we should definitely be looking to give game time at a Championship club. * Dunno if they'd be able to afford him but somewhere like Donny or Norwich would be good for him. Two teams that like to get it down on the deck.

Anderson
Their strength seems to be their defence and they've done well in the games against the top teams where they've been able to sit back and absorb pressure and try to knick it on the break. Against lesser opposition though where they've got to come out and play they haven't done too well. Long may this trend continue and we'll pick up the 3 points so long as we don't put it in our own net or give away a penalty.

Incognito
We'll be at them from 1st to 90th minute ,non-stop barrage. Win 3-0. They're only fucking Mackems.

Add in debatable penalties and own goals and you have Sunderland this season. They'll thankfully be nowhere near their current position come the end of the season.
