It doesn't really matter who I want as manager, we'll have to make do with a free agent like Pardew or Curbishley, both sidesteps from Hughton. Will keep ST until end of season then never buy anohter if its Pardew or JFK Why on earth would he be interested in coming here? Personality is the most important thing for me, we have a great team spirit ATM which can make up for a lack of ability, so whoever comes in needs to be able to keep that going, ie not too much of a dictator.
