Anyone know the name of the casino? I fancy a crack at managing the club too, my Football Manager CV is pretty decent. It was the 50 club, don't think it's in operation anymore but may be wrong. Tevez only did anything of note after Curbishley took over and ceased playing him on the flank which IIRC is what Pardew and Curbishley himself were doing. You haven't correctly remembered the start of the season at all and as I said, completely underestimated the influence of the manager in football. You've trotted out the same cliches that the Hughton haters used. Claiming we had the best squad in the division blah blah blah. Football isn't won on paper and most fans appreciate this. i said at the time we had the strongets squad, backed it at the bookies and won handsomely. football isn't won on paper, what does this mean ? surely you look at othet teams an assess them accordingly. Aye I don't remember Mascherano getting much of a look in. I remember being at the 2-2 home game against them that season and I'm pretty sure Tevez wasn't being played at this point.. may be wrong but that was in January, possibly February.
