No complaints about Pardew whatsoever at the mo.

Bringing Shola on? Well, nobody thought (in hindsight) that he was wrong to do so last week, and I felt he put another good quick shift in today, even though either Ba or Best (who would then go back to the more central finisher role rather than his selfless channel work in support of Ba) are more natural partners to him than Ben Arfa as Shola isn't one for finding the finisher's position as much as he's one for creating chances or facilitating a move.

Ben Arfa? Thrilling, but he's right to ease him back in for both fitness, team play and attitude reasons.

Orbetan? Well, just look at Jonas for a player that had no delivery or end product but is now on fire. Sometimes it's best to invest in players rather than throwing them to the wolves after a handful of appearances.

Good man Pards. You're winning me right over. :)

(And well done to us for keeping patient. How many games do Man U win late on, whereas opposition managers must say to their teams - "get the crowd impatient and they'll work against them". Well, sod them!)

Just been on Talksport saying that difference between last season and this season was that he had quality on the bench to allow him to change the game, was also jizzing over Cabaye.

Certain posters have essentially stopped posting at the moment as there is nothing to moan about. It's a bit mad really, got to wonder why they bother with football.

True. It's a fascinating mentality.
