Foluwashola
How were Ajax doing? Trying not to get carried away here. If they were doing that well they'd not be accepting his resignation... 4th in the League ... not that bad. I reckon I could get Ajax into the top 4 in Holland like. He has a lack of funds though, has he not? Should still probably be doing better like but did get them back into the Champions League this season. alexthegreat
Maybe Ashley though he'd put it out there that Pardew is coming so we'd be that much happier with Jol. Or its a betting scam hes doing or something. Or maybe hes lined up both - with Jol his first choice and Pardew second. Deperately desperately looking for straws to clutch at
Memphis
From Scott Wilson of the Echo via Twitter: Jol seems to be rapidly gathering pace. Close friend of Paul Kemsley, who in turn is a close friend of....you know who
Guest Roland
4th in the League ... not that bad. We are talking about Ajax, the biggest club in NL who are desperately trying to win the league for 7 years now. He is mostly critised about his summer transfers, bringing Mido and Tanio to the club. Chris_R
Jol would be infinitely better than Pardew. Don't trust Fat Mike to make a decent appointment though so I still reckon it'll be Pardew. Might stick a few quid on him now Jol's odds-on favourite. Get much better odds now.
