I always feel uncomfortable when he scampers across to the opposition dug out to hug the likes of Pochettino, Wenger and Mourinho. I feel like taking a shower on their behalf.

He's probably inviting them back to his park bench after the game for some white lightning

Whoever gets the job on the first day needs to call him into the office and say...John just go and take that baldy dwarf and that fat greasy mess of a goalkeeper coach with you.....then have security escort them out or even better just release the hounds

I woudn't even wait til he's outside the grounds, just open the door to his office and release the hounds there.

Since beating Chelsea on 6th December, we've lost 14 of 20 matches in all competitions.

In only 3 of those have we scored more than once. In 9 of them we've not scored at all.

The aggregate score of our last 8 matches is Opponents 18-3 NUFC -- and that somehow includes a win.

Genuine question here.

Can anyone name

a) A board in the past of the club that would retain this knacker at this point of the season?

b) A board of any other current Premier League club that would retain this knacker at this point of the season?

Presuming that you get the same answers as myself, then ask yourself what the goals of the club management are for this season.

"The only way to win games is by winning"

He did then go on to correct himself and say "scoring goals", but he's still an absolute cret.

Aha!

Who would have thought?

I don't like quitting, no one does, but if he loves this club he'd walk away. He must know he isn't upto the task. He can't be that dense.

I think he's proven you wrong on that score already.

If he quits he doesn't get paid. He'll never have been on the wedge that others were so he probably needs the coin.

Yes, he's got 5.5 years left on his contract. If he walks, he gets nothing as you point out.

Even in the recesses of his simian mind, however, is that he can't quit because he's virtually unemployable.

Carver should 100% not be managing NUFC however, if someone else was they'd still have awful options to select from. For example, Sammy Ameobi, Gouffran and Obertan are the choices for the wings. It's like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic choosing who to play out of most of our squad.
