Collage
Douglas reckons if its Carver full time we could well know by Wednesday. To think my interest in NUFC could be over within the week These local journalists should really just stop guessing. It's patently obvious they haven't got a clue what is going on. Aye. IF, we don't know, but IF it's Carver, we COULD well know by Wednesday. Proper ITK.

Aye, think we will have to #wait longer than Wednesday to find out. I concur with what someone else said. No announcement all summer and Carver will be in the dugout come August

tsah
If the bloke hasn't resigned within an 60 mins of the FT whistle on Sunday (irrelevant of the result) you can safely say that he does not, and never has had the best interests of the club at heart. Should never be allowed to show his face in the city again.

Should never be allowed to show his face in the city again. He wont though. He's already made noises about being at the club next season. Whether thats as HC, assistant HC, or bog cleaner, he has no intention of leaving by himself.... not for another 5 years, anyways. Even if the axe falls, security will need to escort him off the premises.

Should never be allowed to show his face in the city again. Why should it be left to him whether he stays in the job? He should never have had it in the first place if we had someone competent in charge of recruiting staff rather than a jumped up secretary.

steve_69
If he was any sort of man and fan he'd have walked away long before now after realising his beloved club was in danger. Says he's one of us and loves the club but continues to send it down the shitter - tells you everything you need to know.
AyeDubbleYoo
I still think there's a small chance he might resign in the summer, after what's happened. Surely he couldn't take a whole season of this.
loki679
On Carver getting the job next year: Does the club recognise fundamental changes need to happen i.e. new coach or is it a case of weather the storm? Lee says: They have weathered the storm in the past. I would say John Carver's chances have taken a huge dent in recent weeks. But with so many alternatives now fixed up they are limited because of the funds they are prepared to pay and the transfer kitty they are prepared to offer. The alternatives are fixed up because THEY WERE EMPLOYED BY FOOTBALL CLUBS LOOKING FOR A FOOTBALL MANAGER. They didn't go off and become doctors or binmen you useless sack of sputum. They're not available because every other club on the planet understands that when a manager leaves you employ a new one and don't just give the most important job at the club to the bloke who hands out the half time oranges. They havent even spoken to anyone outside of Garde in jan and Steve Mc never mind found out what anyone would want paid & in transfers. The club are happily ignoring alternatives currently out of work(or about to be) like Garde, Galtier, Jemez, Biesla, Tuchel, Rafa, Laudrup, Bilic etc without even trying. Aye theres no alternatives whatsoever Ryder you utter fucktard! Notice Lee had time for more club PR though, as if Ings would choose us out of all his options next season

Mike
John Carver says players can watch anything on TV this week but football, including "wrestling" #nufc Carver asked any of his players NOT up for the fight v #whufc to leave the room and none walked out #nufc http://replygif.net/i/871.gif
