Near enough everyone is defending and wanting someone they've only ever seen on FIFA and Football Manager, over someone who has: Played in England for over 10 years, Has Premiership experience, is highly talented, contributes more to the team and speaks English. We have three, yes three fit strikers in the squad who are all distinctly average at best. Ewerthon may turn out to be bollocks but we need bodies, so it seems silly to turn down a short term, risk free deal on a player that could go either way.
